Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PATAMDE PPT Maker, a product of AirFlute Technologies (“PATAMDE”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

PATAMDE PPT Maker helps coaching teachers turn PDFs and study material into quiz and theory slide decks, using AI to assist with structuring content, and lets you export the result as PPTX or PDF.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to use PATAMDE.

3. Subscription plans and billing

Some features require a paid subscription plan, priced in INR and billed through Cashfree on a 1, 6, or 12-month commitment as shown in the app at the time of purchase. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Usage-based Enterprise plans are billed as agreed separately with our sales team.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content you do not have the right to use or distribute
  • Use the service to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing material
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, or reverse-engineer the service
  • Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the PDFs, questions, and slide content you upload or create. By using PATAMDE, you grant us a limited licence to process that content in order to generate the output you request. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload.

6. AI-generated content — please read

PATAMDE is under active development. AI-generated slide content, math and reasoning formulas, and exported PDFs may contain errors or render inconsistently across devices. PDF generation is currently capped at 20 pages and 100 slides per generation, the app is optimised for the latest version of Chrome on desktop, and complex or image-heavy layouts are not fully supported yet. Human proofreading of AI-generated content is required before you use it with students.

7. Intellectual property

The PATAMDE name, logo, and the underlying software are the property of AirFlute Technologies. Nothing in these Terms transfers that ownership to you.

8. Termination

You may stop using PATAMDE and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

PATAMDE is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirFlute Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PATAMDE after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
