Refund Policy

PATAMDE PPT Maker is a digital, subscription-based service billed in INR through Cashfree. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
1. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account’s billing settings, or by writing to support@patamde.com. Cancelling stops future renewals — your plan remains active until the end of the period you already paid for.
2. Refund eligibility
Because PATAMDE grants immediate access to slide-generation credits and features on payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. We do make exceptions for:
- Duplicate or accidental charges caused by a payment or billing error
- A verified service outage that prevented you from using the plan you paid for
- Amounts charged in error by PATAMDE
3. How to request a refund
Email support@patamde.com with your account email and order reference within 7 days of the charge. We will review the request and respond within 5 business days.
4. Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Cashfree and typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time by revising the “Last updated” date above.
