Privacy Policy

PATAMDE PPT Maker (“PATAMDE”, “we”, “us”) is operated by AirFlute Technologies, based in India. This policy explains what information we collect when you use PATAMDE PPT Maker, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google or create an account with email and password, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your identity provider.

Content you provide. PDFs and other study material you upload, the quiz questions and theory slides you create or edit, theme choices, and exported files.

Usage data. Number of slides generated, tokens consumed, and similar metering data we use to enforce plan limits and calculate billing.

Payment data. Subscription payments are processed by Cashfree. We receive confirmation of payment status and an order reference — PATAMDE never receives or stores your card, UPI, or bank details.

2. How we use your information

• To operate your account and the slide-generation workspace
• To structure your uploaded material into quiz and theory slides using AI
• To meter usage against your subscription plan and process billing
• To send service-related email (billing receipts, password resets, important account notices)
• To detect abuse and keep the service secure

3. AI processing of your content

When you ask PATAMDE to structure a PDF or generate slide content, the relevant text is sent to Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini) for processing. This happens under Google Cloud’s enterprise data terms, which means your content is not used by Google to train its general-purpose models. We only use your content to generate the output you requested.

4. Where your data is stored

Your account records, question banks, and slide data are stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) using infrastructure located in Asia. Uploaded files and exports are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage. Access is restricted to your account and, where applicable, members of your organisation.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run PATAMDE — Google Cloud / Firebase (hosting, database, storage, AI processing) and Cashfree (payment processing) — and only to the extent needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics to understand product usage. See our Cookie Policy for details.

7. Data retention

We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data and content within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records (for example, billing records) to meet legal obligations.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data by writing to us at support@patamde.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Children’s privacy

PATAMDE PPT Maker is built for coaching teachers and institutions, not for use by children directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
