Shipping Policy

PATAMDE PPT Maker is a fully digital, web-based service. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, delivery addresses, or courier timelines involved in using PATAMDE.

1. Digital delivery

When you subscribe to a paid plan, access is granted to your account immediately after payment is confirmed by Cashfree — usually within a few minutes. No physical product is delivered.

2. Your exports

Slide decks you generate are exported directly from your browser as PPTX or PDF files onto your own device. PATAMDE does not mail, courier, or otherwise physically deliver any files or materials.

3. Delivery issues

If a payment succeeds but your account is not upgraded within a reasonable time, contact support@patamde.com with your order reference and we will resolve it promptly.
